Sie verzichten komplett auf Refrains, sie lassen lieber die Gitarre erzählen. Die Drums bewegen sich irgendwo krachend im Hintergrund, die Stimme bleibt beim Gros der Songs lo-fi. Die Texte handeln von Sehnsucht, von der großen Liebe von jugendlicher Melancholie.

The Underground Youth are proving to be one of the most talented and versatile bands from the already ridiculously amazing UK psych scene. A few guitar chords are more than enough. Their sound is a mixture of psychedelic and raw garage noise with some eerie twists coming your way every now and then.
