We make it easy for the ticket buyer too: Your email, your smartphone or your print@home ticket give you admittance to the events. You can easily pay with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard), PayPal, EPS-bank transfers or against prepayment. Without extra charges or hidden fees (All-In / Face-Value tickets).

NTRY is an incredibly practical and versatile tool. It allows the promoter to directly communicate with their immediate target audience – the fans, the ticket buyers. This is why NTRY can be used for all types of events.
The consumer buys tickets directly from the promoter, with no intermediaries. The promoter specifies the price and offers tickets at face value. This direct contact establishes and strengthens a relationship of trust – and creates an ideal foundation for future communication.
With NTRY, the promoter is generally left with higher ticket revenues than when using comparable services - even at lower retail prices. Our margins are closely calculated and provide an optimum benefit for both consumer and promoter. Billing is carried out reliably, automatically and immediately after the event.
Ticket buyers are no longer just a customer ID - they are registered users, personally connected with the promoter. Informing all ticket holders about program or line-up changes (such as cancellations or additions) can be done directly and easily from the system. Putting together a customer newsletter (opt-in function) is a breeze - data and customer remain in touch to the organizer and can therefore be potentially applied to future events.
Even validating the tickets is a piece of cake - it requires neither special equipment nor special skills. The validation with a smartphone (via the NTRY TV Scan App) is free of charge; alternatively, in the case of larger events, we offer mobile devices for rent.
