LIGHTER ON THE MOON

Lighter on the Moon is a Vienna-based alternative rock band blending space rock atmospheres with punk-driven energy. Drawing from a wide range of influences, the four-piece moves effortlessly between genres, creating dynamic songs that balance raw intensity with expansive, melodic moments. Influences range from The Cure to The Rolling Stones and from Kraftklub to Kraftwerk.

Their sound shifts between gritty alternative rock, driving punk rhythms, and spacey textures, making each release feel distinct while staying unmistakably their own. This versatility translates strongly to the stage, where the band delivers high-energy live shows with a tight, confident presence.

Lighter on the Moon has released two singles and one EP, and has performed at major events such as Donauinselfest, alongside numerous gigs across Austria. The band is currently working on new material and preparing the next chapter of their sound.

DIE ÄNDERUNG

Like the long-forgotten kimchi in the last dark corner of the fridge, Die Änderung has been fermenting away in the cultural headquarters of Sock City. Even sourer, saltier and spicier, the suburban boys of Die Änderung etch their brute riffs into your skull. They rely on a deadly mixture of sludge , punk and heavy metal. Sexy synth, hefty drums and juicy guitar solos refine this musical fast-food flavor.
