GEM Fest is a month-long techno and house music festival in Georgia. Blazing a new trail within sight of the Black Sea, some of the world's biggest house, techno and trance DJs make this a stand-out summer party.
Anaklia resort sets a glorious tone, hosting eight stages as well as a host of other activities, providing the perfect break from its diverse musical lineup.
Now into its third year, GEM Fest looks determined to kick-start Georgia's summer dance culture, and it just keeps going from strength to strength.
Anaklia is located on Georgia's west coast. A subtropical climate and incredible views out over the Black Sea help give the resort a very special atmosphere.
Georgia's three international airports are Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Butami. Kutaisi is the closest to Anaklia, and can be flown to directly from London, Berlin, Warsaw, Budapest, Moscow, Vilinius and a number of other European cities.
High-speed daytime and night trains run from Kutaisi to Zugdid, while daytime trains also run from Tbilisi.
Festival Party Buses have also been organised for past editions, running from Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi to Anaklia.
