HELL OF VOLCANO

A female reporter comes into contact with a criminal involved in an unsolved gun robbery. She chooses not to call the police, but wants to get to know him. While there is a spiritual connection between the reporter and the robber, the case unfolds in an unexpected direction…Based on a true story, full of drama and inner human conflicts, “Hell of Volcano” was described as “the most delicate suspense film” at the Shanghai International Film Festival 2021.

Director Wu Tiange, born 1969, will be present at the screening. His experience and in-depth knowledge of the Chinese film scene will provide for a most interesting discussion.
