Resonate Booty at FLUC Fluc & Fluc Wanne, 29 Sep 22

One hour fitness class focused on booty workouts instructed by Alyssa (Resonate Body Fitness). Alongside Mixxen dj’s ROL:E and Mister Bellini playing the booty house / ghetto tech classics. Movements are inspired by Alyssa’s years of teaching Barre & Pilates. The class is open level for all people and bodies. 

Class is €10 and participants must bring their own mat. There is limited capacity and presale is recommended.

The collaboration began during lockdown when Alyssa would recommend DJ mixes alongside her online video workouts. Booty House is a genre unlike others due to the fact that it can’t and has not been replicated or over done. There are classics made by both female and male rap house artists. The music needs to be taken for the groove and satire in the lyrics. It is pure energy and a good time. 

The mix/workout series began with Booty House Vol. 1, and was recorded by Tin Man. It had a lot of hits from DJ DEEON and DJ Funk. This got the attention of the the Mixxen boys later termed by Alyssa “The Booty Boys”. After their mixes DJ Topspin volunteered to do a mix also filled with classic gems.
